Rod Bowden

Rod Bowden has been guiding on western rivers for over fifteen years. His love for the great outdoors is only surpassed by his passion for fly fishing. You may recognize Rod from his numerous appearances on ESPN and the Outdoor Life Network. Rod was a member of the Hyde team that placed third in the ESPN Team Fly Fishing Challenge in 2002.  While not guiding, Rod is employed as a paramedic & firefighter in Utah.  He brings a unique enthusiasm and a lifetime of fly fishing experience to the water with him every day. Rod has a great deal of experience in white water rescue, wilderness survival, and field care of the sick and injured. Rod is a serious fly fisherman and works hard to assure that his clients have an experience that is truly memorable and fun.
