Drake Munson

Drake was born and raised in Rigby, Idaho. He hooked and landed his first fish at age 3, and soon followed with his career best 7lb, 24 in. German Brown two weeks before his fourth birthday. Drake has spent his entire life floating and fishing the waters of southeast Idaho. He has spent the last seven years guiding full time on the Teton River, the Henry's Fork, and the South Fork of the Snake River. Drake has recently appeared on episodes of Destination Outdoors and Fly Fishing America on ESPN. He has also appeared on two episodes of Jim & Kelly Watts Fly Fishing Video Magazine. Drake has also been a certified Professional Ski Instructor for the last five seasons in Utah and brings his patience and knowledge of teaching to his clients. He is an accomplished rower and fly tier with patterns appearing in many of the major fly fishing publications. Drake can often be found testing his skills on some of the lesser fished waters in the area.
