Our family dog Hunter and I took to the river on April 4, 2009. The weather forecast, which kept everyone (literally) off the river but me and the dog, was totally wrong and it turned out to be a gorgeous day. I landed 3 ‘bows, 2 of which were 18-20’’, and 1 good sized brown. All without a single whitefish! (See Hunter the Boat Dog pictures).
My 12 year old son Kole (he was in the shop with me Thursday morning) and I hit the river on April 10 and fortunately put in and take were uneventful. We each caught a nice ‘bow (Kole’s was tagged) and a ton of whitefish. All in all a beautiful day on the river (See Kole fish pictures).

During my daughters 7th birthday I was fortunate enough to have a great friend with a great camera and started snapping pictures! Either way I had a buddies son, Zander, pose for a shot! It’s sad to say that picture made my day. I just recently got back from fishing the Big Horn river. We floated for three days in a Clacka! I’ll just say this, once you row a Hyde you won’t wanna row anything else! I missed my Hyde and it’s good to be home! Hope you all enjoy the picture as much as I do!

Hey guys attached is a very special photo of my son’s first steelhead on the fly. I bought him a 13ft 7 weight Spey rod and he has learned how to cast it over the last year. I guess his hard work paid off & he had a good teacher.
He’s only nine years old!
